Shipping policy

Smileystudiosny.com accepts orders 24hrs/7 days a week. Processing and shipping will be 7-14 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping and/or UPS Ground Shipping. 

Due to the nature and exclusivity of Smïlëy Studios products, All Sales Are Final. Returns and/or exchanges cannot be accepted. Smïlëy Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If USPS tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address listed on the order, unfortunately we will be unable to refund your order amount.
